"Helpful support, just wish shipping info was clearer"
I had a question about my order, so I sent them an email and expected to be waiting around for a while. They got back to me faster than I thought, and the nice part was they actually answered the exact thing I asked instead of sending some generic reply. I did have to reread the shipping part a couple times because it wasn’t totally clear, especially the timing details, but overall the customer service was good and I appreciated the quick response.

"Easier than most sites I’ve used"
The site was simple to get around, and checkout went smoothly. Compared to a lot of other places I’ve shopped online, this one was definitely less frustrating.

"Got the wrong test kits"
I ordered three home test kits, but when the package showed up, two of them were the wrong ones. Not great... especially when you actually need a specific test. I reached out to support, and it took them days to get back to me. Even then, the issue still wasn’t fixed. Just a really frustrating experience overall.

"Packaging was kinda meh"
It showed up on time, so no issue there, but the packaging was basic. Nothing came broken or anything, but the stuff inside was sliding around a bit and probably could’ve used some extra padding. Not a huge problem, just figured medical tests would be packed a little more securely.

I thought the instructions on cliawaived-hometests.com were straightforward overall. I didn’t really feel confused while using the test, and the steps were laid out in a simple way that made the process feel manageable.
The only reason I’d knock it down a bit is that a couple sections could have used more detail, or at least larger pictures. I still got through everything fine without needing help, but a little extra clarity would’ve made it even better.

I wish I had read the reviews first. I kept having to check for order updates myself, and even when I did get something, it wasn’t very clear. I messaged them for help, but the reply took forever and didn’t really answer much. It just felt like no one was keeping me in the loop, which was really frustrating. Definitely not a great experience...

"Selection felt limited"
I was hoping to find a decent range of home test kits, but there just wasn’t much there. A couple of categories looked almost empty, and some had maybe one or two options tops. I ended up checking like 2 or 3 other sites to find what I needed. Kind of frustrating when you’re trying to compare a few products before buying.

"Delivery took a little longer than I hoped"
I did end up getting my order, so no major complaints there, but the delivery wasn’t exactly smooth. It showed up a couple days later than I expected, and the tracking didn’t really update until late, so I was kind of left wondering what was going on. Not the worst experience, just a bit annoying while I was waiting.

"I had a problem with my order..."
I had a problem with my order trying to get it fixed felt like being trapped in some endless customer service maze. Every time I thought we were getting somewhere, it just looped back around again. Replies took ages, and when they finally came through, they didn’t really help much. In the end, the whole thing just fizzled out with nothing actually resolved. Super frustrating, and I definitely won’t be ordering from them again

"Checkout wouldn’t go through"
From what I remember, I tried checking out a couple of times and the page just kept spinning. Then my cart suddenly cleared out, and I don’t recall seeing any helpful error message explaining what happened. After that, I just gave up and ordered from somewhere else...

The test results came back clear, and I didn’t feel like I had to guess what anything meant. Helpful. It did take me a little bit to find the info I was looking for, but once I did, it all made sense. Overall, good experience.

The order showed up in a plain box, which I really appreciated because nothing on the outside gave away what was inside. That part was great, honestly. Shipping was fairly quick too, but the tracking updates were kind of frustrating. I kept checking and it didn’t really update much, which was annoying. Like, it got here fine, but the lack of updates was annoying. Still, the packaging was discreet and private, and that mattered a lot to me

"At-home sample collection nearly sent me over the edge"
I thought doing this test at home was going to be super easy, but wow, the sample collection was way more annoying than I expected. The instructions were not clear enough, and I kept second-guessing every little thing like I was defusing a bomb or something.
It was definitely not convenient for me. By the end, I was so stressed out that I genuinely wished I had just gone somewhere local and let someone else handle it.

"Frustrating site experience"
I tried using the site, but it was annoying trying to find what I needed. After clicking around for a while and getting nowhere, I just gave up. The company really needs to take responsibility for making the site easier to navigate instead of leaving customers to figure it all out on their own.

"Honestly, this test was way off"
I tried it expecting at least somewhat reliable results, but they were just not accurate at all. I don’t know if it’s the test itself or whoever designed it, but someone definitely dropped the ball here.
